We are currently undergoing a major renovation and rehousing project in the art storage spaces of the museum. Due to this project, only one gallery of artwork is on view at the Kluge-Ruhe Collection, and it is We Bury Our Own by contemporary Aboriginal artist Christian Thompson. Unfortunately there are no works from our permanent collection on view at the museum at this time. Please check back with us in early May to know when these galleries will reopen. There are works from the permanent collection on view at the Fralin Museum of Art at U.Va. and at the Harrison Institute South Gallery.
